Official rules: the BRW year's-supply draw

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Who runs the draw

The draw is run by BRW LLC ("BRW", "we", "us"), 1502 Somerset Canyon Lane, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Email: hello@getbrw.com.

The draw is a sweepstakes: the winner is picked at random. It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Google or Shopify.

2. Who can enter

  • You can enter if, when you enter, you are a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and you are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Puerto Rico and the other US territories are not included.
  • You cannot enter if you are an owner, member, employee or contractor of BRW LLC, or anyone professionally involved in running the draw or BRW's marketing, such as an agency or a paid creator. The immediate family (spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters, and their spouses) and household members of any of these people cannot enter either.
  • Residents of Canada and of every other country cannot enter.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. When

  • The draw opened on September 10, 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Central Time on Saturday, October 31, 2026. That is the entry period.
  • The time our store records for your sign-up is the time of your entry.

4. How to enter

  • Join the BRW email list by entering your email address in the sign-up form at getbrw.com during the entry period. That is your entry. It is free.
  • One entry per person and per email address. Signing up again, or with a second email address, does not give you another entry. If one person uses more than one address, we may count only their first entry or disqualify all of them.
  • Everyone who joined the list at getbrw.com during the entry period is entered, including anyone who signed up before these rules were published.
  • If you unsubscribe from our emails before the draw, your entry still counts.
  • Entries made by scripts, bots or any other automated method, or through an entry service, are void.
  • If there is a question about who made an entry, the entrant is the person who holds the email account used to enter.
  • When the form shows "You're in the draw.", your entry has been received.

5. The prize

  • One prize: a year's supply of BRW Mushroom Coffee +, which is 3 tubes and 9 refill pouches (12 packs of 30 servings).
  • Approximate retail value: $495 (3 tubes at $45 and 9 refill pouches at $40, at one-time prices).
  • We ship the prize free, to an address in the United States only. The prize ships within 14 days after the winner confirms, and no earlier than November 10, 2026. The refill pouches may ship separately.
  • There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or swapped for anything else. If the prize, or part of it, becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
  • The prize is a dietary supplement that contains caffeine. Read the label before use. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, ask your doctor first.

6. How the winner is picked

  • On Sunday, November 1, 2026, we will pick one winner at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Our decisions about the draw are final.

7. How the winner is told

  • We will email the winner on November 1, 2026, at the email address they entered with.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must reply within 7 days of that email being sent, confirming that they meet section 2 and giving their full name and a US shipping address. We may ask for reasonable proof of age and residence before we ship the prize.
  • If the winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, does not follow these rules, or our email cannot be delivered, the winner loses the prize. We will then pick an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries and contact them the same way, with the same deadline. We will pick up to three alternates. If none of them claims the prize, it will not be awarded.

Our emails: One email on November 1st, two if you win. The first is the email everyone on the list gets on November 1, 2026. The second goes to the winner and is the winner's notice. After that, we write to the winner only to answer them and to get the prize to them.

8. Separate from the draw: the list's 20% code

Everyone on the BRW email list on November 1, 2026 gets a code for 20% off their first tube, by email, that day. The code works for 30 days, until 11:59 pm Central Time on November 30, 2026. It is not part of the draw and it is not a prize. Using it does not change anyone's chances.

9. Finding out who won

  • To get the winner's first name, last initial and state, email hello@getbrw.com with the subject "BRW draw winner" by December 31, 2026. We will reply once the prize has been claimed.
  • We will not use the winner's name, photo or voice in our advertising unless the winner separately agrees to it.

10. Your information

We collect entrants' email addresses, and the winner's name and shipping address, to run the draw and deliver the prize. Joining the draw also adds you to the BRW email list, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Conditions

  • By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions about the draw.
  • We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts unfairly or fraudulently.
  • If something outside our control spoils the fair running of the draw, such as a virus, a bug, fraud or a technical failure, we may cancel, end or change the draw. If that happens, we will post a notice on this page and pick the winner at random from the eligible entries received before the problem began.
  • Deliberately damaging the website or undermining the draw may break the law. If it happens, we may take legal action to the full extent the law allows.

12. Limits on our liability

  • BRW LLC, its owners, employees and agents are not responsible for: entries or emails that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected; failures of websites, email, networks or devices; or typing and printing errors in any material about the draw.
  • If the prize is lost or damaged in shipping, we will replace it once.
  • To the extent the law allows, by entering you release BRW LLC, its owners, employees and agents from any claim arising from entering the draw, or from accepting, receiving or using the prize.
  • Nothing in these rules limits any right you have, or any responsibility we have, that the law does not allow to be limited.

13. Law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the draw will be decided individually, not as part of a class action where the law allows, in the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, or the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
