Your first shipment is charged when you order. After that, we charge $36 every 30 days to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. On a preorder, the 30 days count from the day your Tube ships. On any other order, they count from the order date. We email you 3 days before each renewal charge.

Sign in to your account, open your subscription and choose Skip, Pause or Cancel subscription. Canceling takes effect right away. Or email hello@getbrw.com and we'll do it for you.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery at hello@getbrw.com, with your order number. Damaged: send one photo of the parcel and the product, and we'll send a replacement free, or refund you if you prefer. Missing: we'll send it. Wrong: we'll send the right one, and you keep the wrong one.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We email you when we issue one. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

The Refill Pouch holds a full Tube's worth. Pour it into your Tube and keep using the same steel scoop.
