These terms are an agreement between you and BRW LLC ("BRW", "we", "us"), of Cedar Park, Texas. They apply when you use getbrw.com, buy from us, subscribe, or join our email list. By doing any of these, you agree to them.
These pages are part of these terms: our subscription terms, refund policy, shipping policy, privacy policy and, while the draw runs, the official draw rules.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy from us or to subscribe. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. About our products
BRW Mushroom Coffee is a dietary supplement.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Contains caffeine. Not for children.
- If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
- Read the label before use, including the full ingredient list if you have a food allergy, and use the product as the label directs.
- Nothing on our website, in our emails or from our team is medical advice.
- Photos show our products as closely as we can. Colors on screens vary, and packaging may change.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Payments are processed by Shopify's payment processing and the other payment providers shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already placed. For subscriptions, our subscription terms say how we tell you about a price change.
- If a price or product is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may also limit or refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud or resale.
4. Orders and preorders
- When you place an order, we email you a confirmation. If we can't fill your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- Preorders open November 1, 2026 and ship from November 10, 2026. Preorders are charged when you order.
- You can cancel an order before it ships, for a full refund.
- If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
5. Subscriptions
A subscription is $36 a shipment, every 30 days, until you cancel. Your first shipment is a tube and each one after that is a refill pouch. You can cancel any time, online, in your account. The full terms are in our subscription terms.
6. Shipping, refunds and the guarantee
Shipping is free to US addresses. Our products come with a 30-day guarantee, opened product included. See our shipping policy and refund policy. The guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law.
7. Discount codes and promotions
- Each code's terms are shown where we offer it. Unless they say otherwise: one code per order, no cash value, and codes can't be applied to past orders.
- The email list's 20% code: 20% off your first tube, sent to everyone on the list on November 1, 2026. It works for 30 days, until 11:59 pm Central Time on November 30, 2026, once per customer. It works on a one-time tube or on the first shipment of a subscription.
- The draw is governed by its official rules.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at hello@getbrw.com if you think someone else has used it.
9. Using our website
Please don't misuse our website. That includes: using bots or scripts to enter the draw, place orders or collect information from the site; interfering with how the site works; or using it to break the law.
10. Our content
The BRW name and logo, the design of our packaging, and the photos, text and other content on our website belong to BRW LLC or the people who license them to us. Please don't use them without our written permission.
11. Ideas and feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. Other companies' services
Checkout, payments and some other features are provided by other companies, such as Shopify and PayPal. Their own terms also apply when you use them.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, our website is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Our products come with the guarantee in our refund policy, plus any rights you have under the law.
14. Limits on our liability
- To the extent the law allows, BRW LLC, its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from these terms, our website or our products.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product the claim is about.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have, or any responsibility we have, that the law does not allow to be limited.
15. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- If you have a problem, email us first at hello@getbrw.com. Most things can be sorted out that way, and we'll try to within 30 days.
- If we can't sort it out, either of us can bring a claim in the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, or the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, or in a small claims court where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. Changes don't affect orders already placed. If a change affects your subscription, we'll email you before it takes effect.
