These terms cover the BRW subscription, together with our terms of service and refund policy.
The subscription in brief
- $36 a shipment, every 30 days, until you cancel. Plus any sales tax that applies, shown at checkout. Shipping is free.
- Your first shipment is a tube of BRW Mushroom Coffee +. Every shipment after that is a refill pouch.
- Every shipment is $36, the first one included.
- No minimum number of shipments, and no cancellation fee.
- Cancel any time, online, in your account.
When you are charged
- Your first shipment is charged when you place your order. Preorders open November 1, 2026 and ship from November 10, 2026.
- After that, we charge $36 every 30 days to the payment method you used at checkout. On a preorder, the 30 days count from the day your tube ships. On any other order, they count from the date of your order. Each charge sends you one refill pouch.
- We email you 3 days before each renewal charge, with the date and the amount.
- If a discount code applies to your first shipment, checkout shows the discounted first price. Every shipment after that is $36.
How to cancel
- Cancel online, any time: sign in at getbrw.com/account, open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. You do not need to call or email us.
- Canceling takes effect right away. You will not be charged again.
- We confirm every cancellation by email.
- You can also email hello@getbrw.com and ask us to cancel. We will cancel it and email you to confirm.
- From the same page you can also skip a shipment or pause your subscription.
A shipment that was already charged
- Charged but not yet shipped: email hello@getbrw.com. If it has not left us yet, we will cancel that shipment and refund it in full.
- Already shipped: it will still arrive, and it is yours to keep. Canceling stops every shipment after it. If you meant to cancel before it was charged, email us within 30 days of its delivery and we will refund it. You do not need to send it back.
If the price changes
We will email you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before any change to your subscription price takes effect. The email will give the new price, the date it starts and how to cancel. Until then, you pay the price you agreed to.
Once a year
Once a year we will email you a reminder of your subscription: what you receive, how often you are charged and how much, and how to cancel.
If a payment fails
If a charge does not go through, we will email you and try again. The shipment goes out once payment is made. If payment still fails after our retries, we may pause or cancel the subscription and will email you if we do.
The 30-day guarantee
Subscription shipments are covered by our 30-day guarantee, opened product included. See our refund policy. A refund does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in your account, or ask us to.
Who can subscribe
Subscriptions ship to addresses in the United States only. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects your subscription, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
