Free US shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and US military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO). We don't ship to Puerto Rico or the other US territories, or outside the United States, including to Canada.
Preorders
- Preorders open November 1, 2026. Preorders are charged when you order.
- Preorders ship from November 10, 2026.
- If your order can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
When your order ships
Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays). During preorders, they ship from November 10, 2026.
How it travels
- We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. USPS usually delivers it 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Delivery times aren't guaranteed, and the holidays can add a few days.
- When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Subscriptions
Your first subscription shipment, the tube, ships like any other order. Each refill pouch after that ships within 2 business days of its charge.
Your address
- Please check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email hello@getbrw.com right away. We can change it until the order ships.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of an address problem, we'll send it again, once, free, when you confirm the right address.
- We can deliver to PO boxes.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it. See our refund policy for what to do.
